USE OF BRAKE-STICKS ON WAGONS FITTED WITH "EITHER-SIDE" COMBINED BRAKE.
Guards, Shunters and others concerned must not use brake sticks in the looped handles of these brakes as this causes damage to the brakes. The brakes can be put on full power by hand without the need of a brake-stick or other appliance.
